These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the “Customer”) and KNS Ceylon Organic (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the website www.ceyloncinnamonx.com and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, discussions, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
2. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
KNS Ceylon Organic reserves the right to add, vary, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Customer. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on this page. Your continued use of the Website and placement of orders after such changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
3. Modification or Discontinuation of Online Store
KNS Ceylon Organic reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Online Store service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Online Store service.

5. Acceptance of Orders
All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
You can place an order by clicking on the “Submit Order” button during the checkout process. After successfully submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during registration or order submission. This email will contain the details of your order. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email from KNS Ceylon Organic within two (2) business days, please contact us at info@ceyloncinnamonx.com.
Once an order has been submitted, you cannot make any changes directly through the Website. Any requested changes are subject to KNS Ceylon Organic’s approval and may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- The application of shipping restrictions to a particular item.
- The item ordered being out of stock or not satisfying our quality control standards and being withdrawn.
- Your failure to meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion, and we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our refusal to process a transaction.
6. Prices
The prices of KNS Ceylon Organic products are displayed on the Website and are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. You will be charged the price displayed for the products you order, along with any applicable duties and taxes.
All prices and offers are valid as advertised from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been submitted and confirmed by us.
Product prices are generally set at the beginning of each season but may be subject to change before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates that may affect the final amount charged to you.
7. Delivery
KNS Ceylon Organic offers free shipping for Orders Over USD 99.00 . Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a list of eligible countries and any other applicable shipping details.
KNS Ceylon Organic insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, responsibility for your purchased items passes to you.
KNS Ceylon Organic is not responsible for any loss or misdelivery due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the Customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.
We currently limit shipping to destinations within the countries you can select on our Website. Please note that the availability of specific products for online shopping may vary depending on the country selected due to shipping restrictions or other considerations.
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we are unable to guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. In most cases, please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery within Singapore and 7 to 15 working days for international orders. Please note that there may be delays in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. KNS Ceylon Organic is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
Delivery charges, if applicable (for orders below the free shipping threshold), will be calculated and displayed in your shopping bag at the point of checkout.
8. Transportation and Risk of Loss
KNS Ceylon Organic has used its best efforts to ensure that where certain countries impose shipping restrictions on certain Products, Products falling under those restrictions will not be offered for sale when that particular country is selected on the Website. However, KNS Ceylon Organic will not be responsible in the event any purchase is detained or declined at customs due to any reason, including shipping restrictions which we may not be aware of. In such cases, the Customer will be solely responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping and any applicable duties or taxes. The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
9. Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within two (2) hours of placing the order. Once the package has been shipped according to the instructions provided by the Customer, the order cannot be cancelled, and a refund will not be issued for the shipping cost. Please refer to our Return Policy below for information on returning the order after it has been received.
Returns:
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us via email at info@ceyloncinnamonx.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please include a detailed explanation of the damage and attach clear pictures as evidence. We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Should the Customer provide an incorrect shipping address, KNS Ceylon Organic shall not be liable for any refund or reshipment of the products. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
Returns for reasons other than damaged products can be made within twenty (20) days of ordering the product. To be eligible for a refund, the product package must be unopened and in its original condition.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged product (as reported within 3 days of receipt) or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, and provided it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within [Specify timeframe, e.g., 7-10 business days]. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
10. Taxes
KNS Ceylon Organic will not be responsible in the event any purchase is required to pay taxes, duties, customs fees, or any other form of additional payment requested by the customs or tax authorities in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is recommended that you check with your local customs office for information on potential import duties or taxes before placing your order.
11. Payment
Payment for orders can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and any other payment methods that may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the processing of your order by KNS Ceylon Organic. You will receive a notification email including an invoice for your order at that point.
By placing an order, you warrant and confirm that you are the person to whom the credit/debit card being used is issued and whose name appears on the credit card. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment to KNS Ceylon Organic, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Occasionally, due to high demand, certain items may be out of stock. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by email as soon as reasonably practicable. In some cases, an item may be permanently out of stock and not expected to return. If this occurs, we may have to cancel the item from your order. If payment has already been processed for the cancelled item, we will not charge you for the item or any related duty, taxes, shipping, or handling charges.
We take reasonable care to make our Website secure. To ensure secure online shopping, KNS Ceylon Organic does not store your credit/debit card details on our systems. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Please do not send any payment information via email, as KNS Ceylon Organic cannot guarantee the security of data sent by email.
12. Termination of Registered Account
